Joriah Mielke is the owner and foundation of Performance Restoration. He learned the skill of paintless dent repair at the young age of 19 while working under his father at First Aid Auto in North Carolina. After many years of mentoring from his dad, Joriah continued to perfect his skill chasing hail storms in France, Italy and Switzerland. Working in Europe helped master his trade even more, giving him an advantage over his competition in the United States. After traveling the world chasing hail, Joriah decided to settle down with his family in Longmont, Colorado. He soon fell in love with the town and was even more excited to serve the community with high quality paintless dent repair. Joriah lives an active lifestyle and has a passion for cars, art and the outdoors.
Will Howard has been working for Performance Restoration since 2019. He brings a sharp eye and attention to detail from his background in auto body paint repair. As a former insurance adjuster Will is experienced in hail related claims handling. Will is passionate about restoring cars and loves to spend his down time with family in the outdoors.
